Terms of use
These terms cover the Ashq Consulting client portal at portal.ashqconsulting.com. Your project itself, including what you pay, what's delivered, refunds and cancellation, is covered by your agreement with Ashq Consulting. If the two disagree, your agreement wins.
Who can use it
The portal is for our clients and their teams, aged 18 or over. Ashq Consulting approves every account and links it to your business. Keep your password private; teammates can request their own access. We may turn access off when a project ends or if an account is misused.
Your content
Your footage, videos, brand sheet and feedback stay yours, as set out in your agreement. You confirm you have the rights to everything you send us, including music, logos, fonts and other people who appear in your footage.
Connected accounts
You can connect Instagram and Fathom so we can show your statistics and draft content ideas. Only connect accounts you own or manage, and only if you're allowed to share their data with us. You can disconnect at any time from the portal; that stops access straight away.
AI
We use AI tools to help make edits, apply revision notes and draft content ideas. Ideas are suggestions: check facts, quotes and claims before you post them, because you're responsible for what you publish. Your data isn't used to train AI models.
Revisions and approvals
Notes sent through the portal count as your revision requests. Pressing Approve confirms the version is final and starts delivery to your folder.
Fees
The portal itself has no separate charge and no hidden fees. Pricing, renewals, refunds and cancellation are only those in your agreement with Ashq Consulting.
Acceptable use
Don't try to access other clients' workspaces, break the portal's security, or upload anything unlawful or that you don't have rights to.
Availability
We work to keep the portal available but can't promise it will never be interrupted. Approved videos are always delivered to your Drive folder too, so you never depend on the portal to keep them.
Results disclaimer
Ashq makes no promise that you will get any particular number of views, followers, leads or sales, or earn any particular amount, or anything at all. The client, video and numbers in our demo video and on our website are illustrative examples, not real results. Any results we share from real clients are their own experience: they are not typical and are not a guarantee or forecast of yours. Cost comparisons are estimates of typical market rates. What you get depends on your offer, your market, how often you film and how you put the system to work.
No affiliation
Ashq is not part of, or endorsed by, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok or Fathom. All product names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our responsibility for the work is as set out in your agreement.
